The Project

This challenging finish out project required coordination with an out of state A/E team and cost more than the shell. Cantera’s pre-engineered/tilt wall hybrid system also included a TPO roof to meet energy code requirements and help the tenant with the vast number of roof penetrations. Key features were a thickened vault slab, coordination with security vendors, and MEP coordination all with significant delays due to above average rainfall in 2015.
